David DeGroot
David DeGroot, has more than 30 years of litigation experience in state and federal court. He specializes in business, contract, creditors’ rights, receivership, and partnership litigation. His experience includes cases involving intellectual property, insurance, fraud, technology, mergers, and bankruptcy.
David is originally from New York. After college he worked as a city planner for the New York City Department of City Planning. He has lived and worked in the Bay Area for over thirty years. He enjoys cooking, wine, making cocktails, and spending time with his family and Labrador retriever.
